of Little
Red Dot

2025 Mixed Reality Installation

An interactive archive in mixed reality exploring how urban memory and identity persist within rapidly transforming urban landscapes. Audiences use a custom-built slide projector to trigger 3D virtual scenes that blend with their physical space. Virtual projections bridge past and future Singapore.

2026 (ongoing) Mixed Reality Installation & Living Lab Series

In mixed-reality installation, Inter(mediate) Spaces, two people explore an archive of reflections on community, memory and technology gathered across cities worldwide, before meeting and generating a new, shared environment together. Can emerging AI systems deepen reflection and connection rather than distance us from one another?

2023 VR Installation

“Temporal World” is a haptisonic journey through the layers of memory, where the body becomes the interface for exploring shifting landscapes. In this generative, haptisonic virtual reality exhibition, the artist reflects on making meaning in a place where she has no personal history. Visitors are guided to slow down while exploring Berlin & beyond in an increasingly accelerated time.

Antenna

2023 Interactive Installation

Antenna is a performative hack of the senses, transposing the environment into a tactile and auditory dialogue with the body. This performative sound installation centers on the custom-built “willowphone,” a wearable object and hack of the traditional VR headset that transposes the sound of the wearer’s environment through two willow branches mounted to the headset. Audio from the willowphone is sent to transducers mounted to the front of the hacked headset and room speakers, reimagining how we engage with our environment.

Team

Present Futures studio

Present Futures is an award-winning Berlin-based immersive media and software studio specialising in socially-engaged XR art, community-driven archival experiences, and the development of ethical AI tools for creative practice.

Founded by artist and filmmaker Chloé Lee and creative technologist Lucas Martinic, the studio operates at the intersection of artistic research, emerging technology, and social practice.

Chloé's pioneering work with immersive, walkable archives — presented through international talks and exhibitions — has established new approaches to community-driven storytelling through XR.

The studio operates with a lean core team of two co-founders, supported by a network of local facilitators and collaborators engaged project by project.
